Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us and we’ll help you out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days
